| Added to this the heady brew, was the heavy industrial-dub album we debuted last week: "Magnetic Learning Center" from Teledubgnosis on Wordsound. This is one for dubheads who like d-e-e-p cavernous pounding beats and electronic mayhem. But don't get me wrong, it's not all heavy banging, smashing stuff; some of it builds slowly from subtle soundscapes and layers of exotic sounds. A very definite winner from the great Crooklyn Wordsound label. |
